Remote EV diagnostics
Remote EV diagnostics in the United States and Canada
An electric vehicle can often be reviewed without a shop visit. EV Mobile LLC reads the alerts, error codes, scan or app data, photos, and video you send, can guide tests on a video call, and sends a written findings report with next steps.
Some faults still need hands-on testing. High-voltage work is never DIY. On-site mobile service stays in Southwest Florida.
What does remote EV diagnostics cover?
Remote EV diagnostics covers the information you can send and the checks you can do on a video call. It ends with a written findings report and a clear next step.
Alerts and error codes
The warnings and codes on the car or in its app, read in context with the symptom you describe.
Scan or app data you supply
Exports, screenshots, or readings you already have. EV Mobile LLC reviews what you send.
Photos and video
Pictures of messages, leaks, damage, or a short video of the noise, smell, or behavior.
Guided tests on a video call
Checks you can do from the driver's seat or beside the car, with direction on the call.
A written findings report
What the information supports, what it does not, and the next step.
What can remote EV diagnostics not do?
Remote review cannot prove a fault that needs a physical measurement, a road test, or work on the high-voltage system. When that is the case, the report says so.
- It is not a government safety inspection or a roadworthiness certificate.
- EV Mobile LLC is independent and not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer, and is not a manufacturer service center.
- High-voltage work is never DIY, on a video call or in a driveway.
- On-site high-voltage work in Southwest Florida is done by a high-voltage-trained EV technician during a scheduled visit, after a quote is accepted.
How does remote EV diagnostics work?
You send the request and the evidence. EV Mobile LLC reviews it, guides a test on a video call when that would help, and writes up the findings.
- 1
Send a request
Tell EV Mobile LLC the vehicle, where it is, and what it is doing. Use the request form on this page, or call or email.
- 2
Share what the car is showing
Send alerts and error codes, any scan or app data you already have, and photos or a short video. Pay now with the secure Stripe link ($199.99 Emergency, reply within 2 hours, or $99.99 Standard, reply within 24 hours), then submit your details. Your review starts once payment is in.
- 3
Walk through a guided test when one would help
If a simple check on the car would narrow the fault, EV Mobile LLC guides that test on a video call. You do not open high-voltage components.
- 4
Read the written findings
You receive a written findings report with next steps. If the fault needs hands-on work, the report says so.
